Our highly sophisticated CNC-controlled fully automatic ‘Contour’ cutting machine enables the cutting of foam blocks into complicated shapes and sizes as per customers’ specific requirements.
This system uses the CAD run software to cut almost all three dimensional shapes with a high degree of precision and repeatability while minimizing wastages. The circulating bandknife, which can be rotated by +/- 360°, even cuts sharp-edged corners. Equipped with a modern Windows-based CNC control system to easy and convenient use. The contour shaped production is used upholstered furniture and mattresses as well as in the packaging industry.
